The $19 Amortization Loan Software is basic loan software that works for fixed rate loans and can accept up to 30 balloon payments. The $49 Super Am Loan Software is full featured loan software that works for fixed rate, variable rate (up to 3 adjustments), principle and interest payments, interest only payments, interest only payments later switching to principle and interest payments the month you specify, and it can accept up to 30 balloon payments.
Our competitors cannot compete with our two loan software products because those competitors around our price range lack our features. Those with our features cost much more. For example, the typical basic amortization software from our competitors costs $30 while our basic loan product costs $19. Advanced loan software from our competitors costs $130 while our advanced loan product costs $49.
Real Estate Investment Analysis and Development Software (suite)
Our competitors in our price range offer products that are NOT of comparable quality and lack many of our graphics (charts, graphs) and advanced features. Most notably, they lack the ability to analyze part-ownership situations (partnerships, LLCs, corporations that own real estate).
These are part-ownership situations because each investor in the partnership, LLC, or corporation owns part of it and therefore has part interest in real estate owned by the entity. Advanced real estate investment software can analyze part-ownership situations. This means it can make an investment analysis presentation for each individual investor based on: the investor's share of ownership in the entity that owns the real estate, entity type, investor's loan liability (or lack of loan liability), if the loan is recourse or non-recourse, and investor's tax bracket. The investment presentation tells the investor how that real estate benefits them (even though they don't own it directly. i.e. - they own a share in the entity that owns the real estate).
Our competitors in our quality range offer products with similar high quality and features, but cost over 6 times more than RealBenefits.

More about PlanEase... After spending $995 for the basic PlanEase software, PlanEase users then have to buy modules at $495 each to do things that RealBenefits includes for no additional charge. For example, PlanEase users have to buy a $495 Report Extension module to print reports (presentations). They have to buy another $495 Graphics Extension module to make charts, graphs, and other graphics. RealBenefits charts, graphs, and other graphics are better and are included for no additional charge. If a PlanEase user (such as a real estate developer) wants to analyze multiple-ownership aka part-ownership (i.e. - partnerships, LLCs, corporations, etc owning real estate), they have to buy a $495 Partnership module. RealBenefits includes this feature for no additional charge. PlanEase has two additional modules, one for $295 and another for $595. RealBenefits offers all these features in every version for no additional charge.
RealBenefits' Real Estate Investment Analysis and Development Software suite is fully functional up to the property price limit of the version you buy. It makes charts, graphs, and prints presentations. Multiple-ownership capability aka part-ownership (PlanEase calls this "Partnerships") is already built into every version of RealBenefits Software. All features are built into every version of RealBenefits Software without having to buy modules or spend additional money.
To effectively use PlanEase, you would have to spend a minimum of $2,000 on the base software and modules, plus additional money for classes. If you want to work with multiple-ownership aka part-ownership (partnerships, LLCs, corporations), you would have to spend another $500 for a total of $2,500 for software, plus hundreds more for classes. PlanEase makes very good software, but it's expensive and hard to learn. RealBenefits makes very good software that's affordable, relatively easy to learn, and has better graphics.
RealBenefits' Real Estate Investment Analysis and Development Software prices start at $39 for the 150K Small Investor version. The 300K Medium Investor version is $69. Most professional investors, commercial agents, and developers prefer the 1M Entrepreneur version for $149, or the 5M Baron version for $249, or the 10M Tycoon version for $349. The highest version is the 100M Mogul version.
How can RealBenefits offer you high quality and advanced features for reasonable prices? Here is how we do it. As mentioned above, there are different versions. Each progressively higher version can deal with a higher maximum property price. That makes it economically feasible to let you have all the features in every version (no modules). Also, the fact that we are selling by download (mostly), rather than CD, has made our marketing more efficient.
