The Free Excel Viewer is a tool for people who do not have a full version of Excel, but want to view or print RealBenefits workbooks that were previously made on a computer that has both Excel and RealBenefits Software. The Free Excel Viewer can view on-screen and print RealBenefits workbooks, but cannot make new projects (new workbooks), or edit existing ones. Not being able to edit means not being able to change the input data.
The Free Excel Viewer offers RealBenefits Software users an advantage they cannot get from our competitors. With our competitors' software, you cannot make data files or on-screen presentations and then email them or give them on floppy disk to your customers or associates, because unless they own the same software, they will not be able to open the file(s) on their computer, which means they cannot view or print the file
s. One of the superior things about RealBenefits Software is that anyone can view and/or print RealBenefits presentations without owning any RealBenefits Software! This means you can email (or give on disk) your RealBenefits presentations to your customers and associates regardless of whether they own any RealBenefits Software or Excel. If a recipient of your RealBenefits workbook(s) does not have the full, retail version of Excel, have them download the Free Excel Viewer from this website (download link above). After downloading, it is easy to install. Just double-click the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the Free Excel Viewer is installed, they will be able to view and print Excel workbooks, including RealBenefits workbooks.
The Free Excel Viewer cannot create new
workbooks or edit (change) existing ones. It can view and print existing RealBenefits workbooks (that were previously made by people who have Excel and RealBenefits software).

UNinstall

UNinstaller Version V7.3
Are you sure you want to UNinstall? The Free Trial Version of the Amortization (loan) Workbook continues working forever. i.e. - it is not limited to 10 uses. It has no limit on number of uses. The Encyclopedia of Commercial Real Estate and Income Property (in Benefits Workbook) also has no expiration. You can use it for free forever. If you UNinstall, you will lose the Amortization (loan) Workbook and the Encyclopedia.
Note: You do not need to UNinstall an older version of RealBenefits Software before installing a newer version. In fact, it is recommended that you do not UNinstall an older version before installing a newer version. The old version will be needed to run the workbooks it previously made. The newer version will make and run the workbooks it made from the time it is installed forward.
There are only 2 reasons to run the UNinstaller Software:
1) If you intend to stop using RealBenefits Software and want it removed from your system, then run the UNinstaller.
2) If RealBenefits Support has asked you to run the UNinstaller to resolve a support issue, then run the UNinstaller.
(Occasionally support may have a customer run the UNinstaller, reboot, and then reinstall their software. This is rare.)
How to UNinstall: Click here to run the UNinstaller. Run it or open it to remove RealBenefits Software from your computer. The UNinstaller will ask you some on-screen questions and then remove all Free and Registered versions of RealBenefits Software. It will not delete your workbooks (work files, data). Your workbooks will be left where you last saved them. It will remove the ability to make new RealBenefits workbooks or edit existing ones. You will still be able to use Excel to view and print existing RealBenefits workbooks, but you will not be able to change input data. Excel will not be affected in any way (other than its ability to run RealBenefits workbooks).
Note: You need to have Microsoft Excel (any version) installed to run the UNinstaller. You must enable macros
