RealBenefits software was designed by a team of 9 commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors with design input and evaluations from 4 CPA firms, 2 commercial real estate appraisal firms, 2 commercial real estate lenders, many commercial real estate investors and agents, and 1 law firm.
RealBenefits' founders and original owners (1995 to 2000) were 5 of the real estate developers and brokers, 2 commercial agents, and 1 bank president mentioned above.
Chuck Bond (Jr.), our programmer, support manager, and online sales manager is educated in business administration, commercial real estate, graphic design, photography, and computer programming. He was a commercial real estate agent and RealBenefits' original founder. He left RealBenefits in 2000 and returned in 2005 as programmer and support manager.
Note: Chuck Bond Sr. was also one of RealBenefits original founders and is a retired commercial real estate developer and broker, and an active real estate investor.
Bill Behrens, RealBenefits' current owner (2000 to present), is a commercial real estate developer, broker, and investor.
Our software was designed from 1995 to 1998 and has been updated as needed ever since. It's use in the business world began in 1995 when its design team and beta testers began using it for their real estate development, brokerage, investing, and consulting needs.
RealBenefits has been in business to sell software to the public since 1998 when we formed RealBenefits, LLC, a Washington State LLC.

This software was created and designed by:
Charles Bond Jr, computer programmer, technical writer, graphics expert, business and real estate expert, and former commercial real estate agent;
Charles Bond Sr, professional investor, landlord, assisted living facilities owner, building designer, and commercial real estate broker and developer;
Dr. Gerald Flaskerud, PHD Chemistry, professional investor, landlord, and commercial real estate broker and developer;
Dennis Krey, commercial real estate broker, commercial mortgage broker, and bank president;
Larry Cowan, retired policeman and commercial real estate agent;
Rod Ericksen, commercial real estate agent and broker;
Bill Behrens, professional investor, landlord, and commercial real estate broker and developer.
All of the above have used the software in their daily business activities for many years. Most since 1998, one since 2000.
